How to Practice Good Posture:
- Bending: Keep a wide base of support (shoulder-width apart) -> squat to pick up object -> while lifting upward: look straight forward, keep back straight, chest out, and shoulders back -> slowly lift
- Standing: Stand up straight and tall, feet shoulder-width apart, keep your shoulders back, pull your stomach in, put most of your weight on the balls of your feet, and keep your head level.
- Sitting: Sit with your back straight, shoulders back, and feet touching the floor.
